About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all electrical activities related to substation construction, installation, testing, and commissioning. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HV/MV/LV substation equipment.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review electrical drawings and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and material requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in substation projects (132kV/220kV/400kV preferred).
• Strong knowledge of switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and control panels.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Familiar with HSE procedures and electrical safety standards.

• Must have valid license.
