Job Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of tissue roll packaging machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic system failures.
Conduct upgrades and ensure optimal performance of Baosuo tissue packaging machines.
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Train operational staff on proper machine usage and maintenance procedures.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electromechanical Technician in the tissue packaging industry.
Hands-on experience with Baosuo brand tissue packaging machines is a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional training or certification in industrial electromechanical systems.
Experience in optimizing machine performance and implementing upgrades.
Familiarity with automated industrial packaging machinery.
