We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP & Systems Administrator to support and maintain the company's ERP and business systems while acting as a key liaison between users, management, and external service providers.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of business applications, supporting users across departments, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for ERP users across various departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP and business system issues.
Coordinate with software and IT service providers regarding system support, enhancements, and upgrades.
Assist in maintaining user access, permissions, and system records.
Generate and maintain operational and management reports.
Conduct user training and provide guidance on system usage and best practices.
Participate in system testing, implementation, and process improvement projects.
Maintain system documentation, procedures, and user guides.
Monitor and follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution.
Support business departments in optimizing processes through effective use of ERP systems.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting ERP or business systems.
Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, ERPNext, or similar systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:-

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, or related industries.
Familiarity with networking concepts and general IT support.
Experience participating in ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
