Description
We’re looking for a reliable and organized assistant to help with event planning — weddings, birthdays, and private events.
Main tasks:
Reply to Instagram messages & client inquiries
Take and follow up on bookings
Handle catering orders and prepare invoices
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contractors & service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Assist with event setup and logistics
Keep track of deadlines and payments
Requirements:
Excellent communication and multitasking skills (English)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Social media knowledge (Instagram)
Flexible schedule (weekends/evenings when needed)
