Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support.This role requires exceptional discretion, strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Organize business travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for executive meetings
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Track and follow up on key action items, ensuring timely execution
Support in project coordination and special assignments as directed by the CEO
Liaise with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
Assist in event planning, executive meetings, and company functions

Requirements:

Female candidates only
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior leadership (CEO level preferred)
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Flexibility and availability outside standard working hours when required
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment
Familiarity with executive-level reporting and stakeholder management
