Description

We are owners of multiple award-winning hip restaurants and food concepts. We are currently looking for an experienced and diligent Executive Assistant with a creative flair and an eye for content creation. Proven experience in these roles is a requirement, preferably within the creative, hospitality and/or restaurant industry.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree.
•A go-getter attitude, a creative soul, and a diligent former honors student at school/university.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
•Proficiency in Content Creation on an I-Phone and relevant applications: Pictures, Videos, Reels, Social Media Stories.
•Time management, ability to meet deadlines, verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Proactivity, self-direction and interpersonal skills.
•Availability for flexible working arrangements, including remote work, on-site presence and potential anti-social hours and weekends.
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
•A passion for the food and restaurant industry is a huge plus.

Responsibilities include:

•Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the Partners’ behalf.
•Creating adhoc content (pictures, videos, reels, and guest notifications) and working alongside our Design Agency to implement these deliverables.
•Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
•Performing minor accounting duties.
•Organizing meetings and taking minutes.
•Managing the Partners’ calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
•Compliance and renewals of various licenses.
•Managing projects, initiatives, special events on behalf of Directors.
•Provide support and assistance for Human resource management and PR & Marketing.
•Interface with government agencies and entities for regulatory compliance.
