Description
We're building a Saudi brand in confectionery, and we're looking for an Executive Pastry Chef to lead our kitchens and shape the next chapter of our story.
What you'll do:
Lead production across multiple kitchens. Set the standards that define our products — in quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
Lead production teams across multiple sites, ensuring consistent quality everywhere Develop new recipes across our range (baked goods, cold desserts, chocolate, Eastern & Western sweets, and more)Control production costs and minimize waste — without compromising standards Manage suppliers, negotiate, and open new sourcing channels Implement food-safety systems (HACCP) and ensure SFDA compliance Build production schedules and manage inventory and labor Train the team and elevate technical standards
What we're looking for:
Minimum 5 years as a Pastry Chef in the Saudi market — with leadership tenure Proven track record managing more than one production site Hands-on mastery across pastry categories (baked goods, cold desserts, chocolate, trays, more)Excellent spoken and written English Practical experience in quality management and cost control Professional culinary certification (preferred)Own car and willingness to travel between sites Transferable Iqama (for residents)
