A leading construction company in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Secretary to support senior management.
Location: Manama, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives
• Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintain confidential records and ensure timely communication across departments
• Assist in document control and project-related coordination
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction company
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English
