Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Cleaning Supervisor with strong knowledge in pest control services, general maintenance, and pricing/estimation within the Saudi market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning operations, ensuring service quality, managing teams, and preparing competitive quotations for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites
• Ensure all cleaning activities meet client requirements and safety standards
• Plan and coordinate pest control services (routine & emergency treatments)
• Oversee basic maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, minor repairs)
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and pricing for cleaning and pest control contracts
• Conduct site inspections and identify service improvement opportunities
• Manage cleaning staff, schedules, attendance, and performance
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Maintain records of services, materials, and client feedback
• Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management, cleaning supervision, or similar role in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and regulations
• Experience in maintenance coordination (MEP basics preferred)
• Proven experience in pricing, costing, and preparing quotations
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with Saudi market rates and service standards
• Ability to communicate in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid Iqama/Transferable visa preferred
• Valid Saudi driving license is a plus
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of cleaning machinery and materials
• Experience handling commercial/residential contracts
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word for quotations and reports)
