Job Summary

We are hiring a Facility Supervisor to oversee maintenance and operations of our residential and commercial properties. The role involves supervising maintenance teams, coordinating repairs, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting facility upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance tasks

Schedule and oversee repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works

Conduct routine inspections and ensure safety compliance

Coordinate with contractors and vendors

Maintain records and prepare facility reports

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering or Facility Management

3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction

Knowledge of building systems and Bahrain regulations

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
