Recruitment and Hiring
An HR Officer is responsible for finding and hiring new employees. This includes posting job ads, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
Employee Onboarding
They help new employees join the company smoothly by arranging orientation, explaining company policies, and completing documentation.
Employee Relations
HR Officers maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring good communication between staff and management.
Attendance and Records Management
They keep records of employee attendance, leaves, personal details, and other important documents.
Payroll Support
HR Officers assist in salary processing, calculating leaves, overtime, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
Training and Development
They organize training programs to improve employees’ skills and help them grow professionally.
Policy Implementation
HR ensures that company rules, policies, and procedures are followed by all employees.
Performance Management
They help evaluate employee performance and support managers in appraisals and feedback processes
