Leading Hotel in Bahrain is looking for Female House Keeping Supervisors

Salary BD.300 - 320 Negotiable depends on your experience and skills
Below 35 Years
8hrs duty no overtime
Transport and accommodation by the company and all benefit as per Bahrain law
All nationality preferred except Pakistan .

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities daily to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
Team Supervision & Training: Assign daily tasks, train new staff on cleaning procedures, and offer training to existing employees.
Operational Management: Prepare staff schedules, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and report maintenance issues.
Guest Service & Complaints: Address guest complaints promptly and professionally, and handle special requests, such as extra linens.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations (e.g., PPE usage, chemical handling), and maintain tidy work areas.
Administration: Prepare daily reports on room status and inventory usage for management.
Support & Coordination: Assist with cleaning duties during staff shortages and coordinate with the front desk for room availability.
