Job Summary

We are a manpower and contracting office based in Riyadh, seeking a Female Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant (Pakistani or Indian) to support daily administrative tasks and overall office operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between management and teams, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for the CEO, Directors, and Managers.
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documents professionally.
• Coordinate with managers and internal teams to track and update the status of ongoing cases, projects, and manpower requirements.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and internal documents as required by management.
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for contracts, employee records, and company documents.
• Assist management in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and management information at all times.
• Support office operations and contribute to improving administrative processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be FEMALE aged between 28-35
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
(Master’s degree will be preferred)
• Relevant experience in an administrative, secretarial, or assistant role is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional attitude, presentable personality, and attention to detail.
• Experience in manpower, contracting, or HR-related offices will be an advantage.
