We are looking for a Field Compliance Coordinator (Safety Advisor) to join our team.

The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, identifying risks, and supporting the implementation of safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce safety practices on-site
Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
Conduct safety audits and inspections
Lead incident investigations and reporting
Deliver safety training and awareness programs
Support implementation of HSE policies and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
Relevant Safety Certifications preferred

Requirements

Experience in Oil & Gas industry is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to conduct training and safety audits
