Key Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face sales visits to potential and existing clients to promote our pest control services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
Provide technical knowledge and support on pest control methods and products to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to share insights and improve sales processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
Strong technical knowledge of pest control services and products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Bahrain or GCC car driving license available for
