We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and contribute to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and policies.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Oversee financial risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Manage financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management roles.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

Bonus Points:

CPA or CFA certification.
Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
