About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis to assist management in making informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance analyses.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Analyze financial results and identify key business trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve financial performance.
Assist in variance analysis and explain deviations from budgets and forecasts.
Support audit activities and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or audit.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA would be preferred.
