Job Summary

The First Aid Personnel is responsible for providing immediate emergency medical response and first aid support on construction sites. The role ensures quick response to injuries or health incidents and supports overall site health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate first aid treatment for injured or ill site personnel
Respond quickly to emergency situations and incidents on-site
Assess injuries and stabilize patients until further medical assistance arrives
Maintain and manage first aid kits and emergency medical supplies
Coordinate with site safety team and emergency services when required
Keep accurate incident and treatment records
Assist in implementing health and safety procedures on-site
Support safety officers during emergency drills and training sessions
Ensure compliance with HSE and site medical safety standards
Report all incidents and health-related issues to management

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in first aid or emergency response roles (construction site experience preferred)
Valid First Aid Certification (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of emergency medical procedures and response techniques
Ability to work in high-pressure and site conditions
Strong observation and quick decision-making skills
