Description

A well-established and growing company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a responsible and organized HR & Admin Officer to support HR operations and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll preparation, leave management, employee records, and general administration, with strong organizational and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monthly payroll preparation and maintain payroll records accurately
Monitor and maintain employee leave balances, attendance, and vacation records
Maintain and update employee files, HR documentation, and personnel records
Ensure proper document filing, record keeping, and administrative documentation
Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and HR-related documentation
Coordinate with departments for administrative and HR requirements
Handle office administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Perform other HR & administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration
Experience in payroll preparation, leave tracking, and personnel documentation
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR/Admin reporting
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience in Saudi Arabia
