Description
We are looking for an HR & Admin Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia to support daily HR, administrative, and employee management activities.
Job Responsibilities
The HR & Admin Coordinator will be responsible for handling employee records, supporting HR operations, and assisting with government platforms and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and update employee records, personal files, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, employee registration, and exit formalities.
Assist with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, and other related portals.
Coordinate employee medical insurance, including additions, deletions, renewals, and claims follow-up.
Monitor employee attendance, overtime, absences, and leave requests.
Assist in payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, salary details, deductions, and employee data.
Support employee management activities and act as a point of contact for staff HR and admin queries.
Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, warning letters, experience letters, and other official documents.
Maintain proper filing of HR, admin, and company documents.
Coordinate with employees regarding iqama renewals, work permits, contracts, and other employment-related requirements.
Support general office administration, including office supplies, petty cash coordination, vendor follow-up, and facility-related tasks.
Ensure HR and admin activities are completed in line with Saudi labor law and company policies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
1–2 years of experience in HR and administration in Saudi Arabia.
Basic knowledge of Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, and insurance processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
Salary: SAR 3,000 per month.
