Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Salesman to sell fresh chicken products directly to customers on both cash and credit basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales drive, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the FMCG sector, especially perishable goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:
Sell assigned stock of fresh chicken products to a minimum of 25 customers daily within the designated area.

Customer Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure timely service and satisfaction.

Business Development:
Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach and increase daily sales volume.

Credit & Cash Collection:
Ensure timely collection of payments (cash and credit) from customers and maintain accurate records.

Product Management:
Monitor product expiry dates, ensure timely selling of fresh products to avoid wastage or loss.

Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily sales and collection reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional qualifications in sales or business are a plus.
Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in perishable goods like poultry or meat.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of inventory and cash handling.

Working Conditions:

Field-based role with daily customer visits.
Must be able to handle perishable products with care and maintain hygiene standards.

Salary Package:
Basic Salary: 2300 SAR
Food Allowance: 200 SAR
