Description
A leading food company is announcing job vacancies in the Quality Department for a Food Safety Auditor.
Experience: 1 – 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods against quality standards.
Monitor hygiene and GMP practices on the production floor.
Check critical control points (CCPs) and record observations as per HACCP plan.
Conduct sensory evaluations, temperature checks, and product sampling.
Report non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Maintain accurate quality records, logs, and checklists.
Support QA Supervisor during audits, investigations, and quality improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene requirements on a daily basis.
