Description

We are looking for a well-groomed and pleasant Front Desk Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (Hindi and Arabic are an added advantage), and have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle in-house guest requirements and ensure high levels of service

Manage intercom and incoming phone calls professionally

Coordinate daily operations with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Liaise effectively with upper management for smooth functioning

Handle payment collection and maintain proper records

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Provide basic administrative and office support

Requirements:

1–2 years’ experience in real estate or hospitality industry

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

Fluent in English (Hindi and Arabic are a plus)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent teamwork and soft skills

Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)

Well-groomed, with a pleasant personality

Female candidates preferred

Asian nationals preferred (Sri Lankan / Indian)

Must be available to join immediately
