Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive who is currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Handle front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
Support other departments as needed

Requirements:

Open to expatriate candidates (locally available in Bahrain)
Must be ready for immediate joining
Proven experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles preferred
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
