Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Maintain records, documents, and office files.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Ensure excellent customer service and support at all times.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
Proven experience in front office, receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle phone systems and office equipment.
Locally available in Bahrain.
