Description
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team and become the welcoming face of our organization. This role requires someone who is friendly, well-organized, and able to handle daily front-desk responsibilities with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm and professional attitude
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry
Coordinate with various departments when needed
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
Filipino Female Nationals are preferred
Salary range: BD 300
