Job Description of Fuel Handler/Driver

Job Summary:

• Drives a Fuel Truck from Fuel Farm to Air Field and back.
• Will also load or unload truck with or without helpers.
• Makes minor mechanical repairs and keeps truck in good working order.
• May grease, adjust and make emergency repairs to equipment.
• Operates Tankers and loads the Fuel from the Fuel Bags.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as assigned sweeping and trash removal from break rooms, Fuel storage, and retail areas. Cleaning and surrounded areas and filling sand bags
• Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Skills:

• Must have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)Fuel Endorsements.
• Must have a current, valid Passport and Driver’s License (able to drive manual transmission).
• Must have a current 40hr. Hazzwopper cert. with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity.
• Two years’ experience as a Fuels truck driver
• Must comply with published Company work rules and Government Regulations
• Must understand, read, write, and speak English."
