About the Role

Rayhan Residences is looking for a dedicated Gardening & Maintenance Manager to oversee the care and upkeep of our landscaped areas and outdoor facilities. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful, functional green spaces. The manager will supervise a team of 10 technicians, ensuring that all gardening and maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 10 gardening and maintenance technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor maintenance activities.
• Monitor plant health, soil conditions, pest control, and watering systems.
• Supervise the upkeep of lawns, trees, shrubs, and decorative features.
• Ensure proper use and servicing of gardening tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Manage procurement of materials and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas.
• Train and develop the team to improve skills and performance.
• Provide regular progress and maintenance reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, landscaping, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in gardening/landscaping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping design, plant care, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
• Good communication skills; bilingual in Arabic and English is an advantage.
