We are seeking experienced and skilled general construction workers to join our team. As a general construction worker, you will assist in various construction projects, including building, renovating, and demolishing structures. You will work under the supervision of experienced construction supervisors and foremen to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, renovating, and demolishing structures
- Operate and maintain various construction equipment and tools
- Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other construction workers, supervisors, and contractors to meet project deadlines
- Clean and maintain the construction site, including disposing of waste and debris

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license (optional)

Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA certification
- Experience with power tools and equipment
- Knowledge of construction blueprints and plans
