We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Gold Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily gold production operations and workflows
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Manage production schedules and optimize efficiency
Supervise production staff and ensure proper training and performance
Monitor raw materials usage and minimize waste
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Requirements:

experience in gold production or related field
Strong knowledge of gold manufacturing processes
Experience in managing production teams
Good understanding of quality control and safety standards
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluent in English
