Graphic Designer Wanted – Join Our Creative Team at Arion Media

Arion Media is seeking a highly skilled and professional Graphic Designer to join our team.

We are part of a dynamic group of companies operating in hospitality, tourism, and lifestyle, including Solymar Beach, Solymar Hotel, Visit Bahrain and A2 Beauty Lounge.

This role requires a designer who is not only talented but also proactive, resourceful, and passionate about delivering exceptional creative work across a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities:

Printed Materials: Design high-quality print materials, including brochures, menus, placemats... etc, ensuring excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of print production processes.
Branding: Maintain and enhance the branding for our brands, ensuring consistency and creativity in all visual materials.
Event and Campaign Design: Develop visually compelling designs for events, promotions, and campaigns tailored to the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Website and Digital Design: Collaborate on the design and maintenance of websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity.
Photo Retouching: Retouch and enhance photos for marketing materials and digital platforms, maintaining a polished and professional look.
AI Tools and Innovation: Leverage AI tools to generate creative concepts, streamline workflows, and contribute to innovative content creation.
Proactive Contribution: Identify design opportunities, suggest improvements, and take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
Tourism Marketing: Create designs that resonate with international audiences, highlighting our unique offerings and experiences in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries.
Exceptional creativity and artistic vision, with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique ideas.
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other relevant tools.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
Experience in using AI tools for design and content generation.
Strong photo retouching skills and an eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work on time.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of finding tasks and solutions independently.
