Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Group HR function by overseeing and managing key
HR activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, payroll, and
compensation and benefits. They will ensure the implementation of best HR practices, drive employee
engagement, and align HR strategies with the company’s goals to foster a productive and compliant
workplace.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Group-wide HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with the
holding company's vision and business objectives. Continuously review and update policies to
enhance organizational effectiveness across all subsidiaries.
Oversee recruitment and selection strategies at the Group level to ensure standardized hiring
processes that attract top talent across multiple business units. Develop manpower plans and
succession strategies for key roles within the holding and its subsidiaries.
Manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and competency frameworks to enhance employee
productivity across all entities. Ensure uniform evaluation methods and performance
enhancement initiatives.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop employee training programs for leadership
and workforce development across subsidiaries. Assess training effectiveness and ensure
alignment with business goals.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions for both the holding company and
its subsidiaries, ensuring fair and consistent HR practices across the organization while complying
with labor laws.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures for all entities, ensuring compliance with
labor laws and cost-effective employee benefits programs, including medical insurance and leave
management.
Lead the digital transformation of HR operations across the Group, integrating HR systems such as
payroll, time attendance, and employee records in coordination with IT.
Develop and optimize organizational structures within subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with
operational needs and business expansion strategies. Work closely with subsidiary HR teams to
implement workforce planning initiatives.
Manage HR budgets across the Group, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while optimizing
HR-related costs and expenditures.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and labor laws across all business
units. Develop corrective action plans for work-related incidents and promote a safe work
environment.
Provide periodic HR reports and insights to Group leadership on recruitment, performance trends,
workforce analytics, and employee engagement across subsidiaries to support data-driven
decision-making.
Standardize HR processes across all entities, ensuring consistency in HR policies, labor law
compliance, and adherence to international HR best practices while maintaining confidentiality
and professionalism.
Requirements and Skills:
Preferably an MBA or M.A. in Human Resources Management or an equivalent degree.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 7 years in a managerial role overseeing
strategic HR functions.
Strong background in a diversified group of companies or a holding industry, with proven
expertise in managing HR operations across multiple subsidiaries.
