Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, well-presented Arabic-speaking Guest Relations Executive to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, exceptional service, and a memorable dining experience while maintaining the restaurant’s standards and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner

Communicate fluently in Arabic and English with guests

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow

Address guest inquiries, requests, and special preferences promptly

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and concerns with professionalism

Coordinate closely with service staff, kitchen, and management

Maintain a high level of hospitality and customer service at all times

Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas

Assist with special events, VIP guests, and promotions when required

Requirements & Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic (spoken; written preferred) and English

Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or restaurant service is an advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Well-groomed, professional appearance

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms)

Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments

Multilingual abilities are a plus
