Description

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

Check-in and check-out using the property management system (PMS); manage guest requests and complaints with courtesy.

Provide local information and recommendations; coordinate with bell desk, housekeeping, and other departments.

Handle phone inquiries, emails, and front desk communications professionally.

Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized front desk area; ensure security procedures are followed.

Assist with reservations and upsell hotel services when appropriate.

Maintain guest feedback records and escalate issues to management as needed.
