The health, wellness, and beauty industry in Dubai is hiring for the position of Gym Instructor.

The role involves guiding members through safe and effective workouts, demonstrating exercises, supporting fitness goals, and maintaining a positive and motivating gym environment.

Key Responsibilities
Guide members through appropriate exercise routines and workout programs.
Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and equipment usage.
Assist members in achieving their fitness and wellness goals.
Monitor members during workouts and provide proper guidance.
Prepare basic workout plans according to individual fitness levels.
Ensure gym equipment is used safely and correctly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment.
Motivate and encourage members to maintain regular fitness routines.
Assist with fitness assessments and progress monitoring.
Answer members’ basic questions regarding exercises and gym equipment.
Report damaged equipment or safety concerns to management.
Follow all gym safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Gym Instructor, Fitness Trainer, or similar role is an advantage.
Freshers with relevant fitness qualifications are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of exercise techniques and gym equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, friendly, and motivated personality.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.
Relevant fitness/trainer certification is an advantage.
UAE/GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
