A reputable healthcare facility is hiring a Healthcare Assistant to support healthcare professionals and assist patients with their daily care and basic needs.

The role requires compassion, responsibility, good communication, and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily activities and basic personal care as required.
Support nurses and other healthcare professionals with routine tasks.
Help prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures.
Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient and care areas.
Assist with preparing and organizing basic medical supplies.
Follow infection-control, health, and safety procedures.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Provide friendly and respectful support to patients and their families.
Complete basic records and documentation as required.
Perform other duties assigned by the healthcare team.

Requirements:

Healthcare-related qualification or training is preferred.
Previous healthcare or patient-care experience is an advantage.
Freshers may apply if they have relevant training or qualifications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Caring, patient, responsible, and compassionate attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and healthcare procedures.
Ability to work shifts and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills are an advantage.
