Description
• Greet all guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor
• Manage and monitor reservations and waiting lists using the restaurant’s system (e.g., EatApp)
• Assign tables efficiently to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant front-of-house and entrance area
• Communicate seating availability and estimated wait times clearly to guests
• Coordinate with service and management teams to ensure smooth guest turnover
• Handle special requests such as birthday bookings, VIP guests, and walk-ins
• Provide accurate information about the restaurant’s menu, concept, and offerings
• Maintain poise, professionalism, and brand presence at all times
