Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Guest Rooms:

Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.

Vacuum carpets and mop floors.

Sanitize bathrooms and restock toiletries.

Public Area Maintenance:

Keep hallways, lobbies, elevators, and public restrooms clean.

Room Inspections:

Check rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report to the maintenance team.

Ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens and report shortages.
