Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth day-to-day management.
Lead and supervise staff across all departments to maintain high service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and enhancing their experience.
Monitor hotel budgets and financial performance to meet profitability goals.
Implement policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and optimize hotel resources.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
