Description
Seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to join our hospitality project team.
As a Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional guest experience at the hotel.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hotel operations and maintain high standards of guest services
• Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise hotel occupancy and profitability
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Successful Candidate's Profile:
• Prior experience in a Hotel Manager role not less than five years, with a strong background in the hotel industry
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve financial targets
• Sound knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and a commitment to service excellence
