Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the hotel system
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or concerns
Process payments and issue room keys to guests
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Maintain records of guest information and room availability
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
Handle complaints and resolve guest issues professionally
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus)
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
