Description
Role Summary:
The Hotel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations,
ensuring excellent guest service, smooth staff coordination, and maintaining high-quality standards across all departments.
Preferred:
Candidates with flexible visa or transferable visa
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise front office, housekeeping, and other operational teams.
-Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures.
-Handle guest complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.
-Monitor staff performance and assist in scheduling and training.
-Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards across the hotel.
-Coordinate with management for daily operations and reporting.
-Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
-Assist in managing inventory, supplies, and daily reports.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality supervision.
-Strong communication and leadership skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
-Good knowledge of customer service and hotel systems.
-Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
