Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven hotel housekeeping experience and strong leadership skills to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must be locally available in Bahrain (with valid and transferable visa).
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping supervision is essential.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a multicultural housekeeping team.
Immediate availability to join.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas.
Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
