Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the property. The ideal candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, assign tasks, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping team activities
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of rooms and public areas
Inspect rooms and facilities to maintain quality standards
Train and support housekeeping staff
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision
Strong leadership and organizational skills

Good communication and team management abilities
