Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Executive to support our Human Resources and administrative operations in Bahrain.
The ideal candidate will handle HR & Administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in payroll coordination, including data preparation and verification
Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and employee files
Prepare HR-related documents and correspondence
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Provide support for day-to-day HR and general administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3–4 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be proficient in LMRA and Bahrain Labour Law rules & regulations
Proficiency in MS Office
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
