Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage HR operations, administrative functions, and project coordination while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR portals (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher) and maintain accurate employee records
Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies
Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, documentation, and logistics
Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal communications
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and follow up on deliverables

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of HR portals and administrative operations
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS/ERP is a plus
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
