Description

We are looking for HR Administrator (Saudi National only)

Roles and Responsibilites:

• Responsible for all day-to-day personnel relation activities.

• Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.

• Manage employee relations including terminations, resignations, warning letters etc.

• Handle new employees’ induction including conducting orientation
sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.

• Coordinate with Safety Manager to conduct the Safety orientation for each employee within one week of his joining.

• Process Employee complaints by co ordinating with Operations / Projects. Propose required action to HR manager / Projects Manager/Operations Director.

• Administer performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.

• Provide support to Projects in Permits processing.

• Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal requirements, especially labour law to ensure compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and drive organizational goal.

• Demonstrates commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality, ensuring complete discretion in managing sensitive information and interactions.

• Any other work related to the job position as per Management direction
• Verify, Process all Leave Applications.

• Review all Sick leave Applications and process accordingly.

• Ensure that all vacation applications are approved or rejected by HR dept.

• Ensure other departments including GR, Finance & ticketing are informed as necessary.

• Ensure OT entry for all employees in ERP

• Ensure Absence report is entered in ERP

• Handle new Employees affairs as per SOP including appointment letter, induction etc.,

• Maintain Employee File for each and every employee.

• Enter new employee information in ERP

• Amend employee details in ERP as when necessary.

• Ensure all facilities including accommodation, medical insurance, transportation & Food as per Contract and Company policy.

• Follow up with other departments on employee Behalf on issues related of employee affairs.

• Get the probation Evaluation done as per SOP.

• Handle terminations & Resignations as per SOP & Company policy.

• Arrange and Get Annual performance Evaluation done.

• Issuance of Introductory letters as per company policy.

• Issue Reference letter for GOSI treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS/ CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING COURSES: Bachelor with any degree

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Personnel Relations / HR Department
Experience in working with local government portals Experience as Public Relations Officer (PRO) Experience in Labour office and Jawazat work.
