Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a dynamic Human Resources team.

In this role, you will support business operations by implementing and maintaining HR standards, systems, and processes while ensuring full compliance with local labor legislation.

You will coordinate between management, employees, payroll teams, and other stakeholders, supporting the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and role changes to performance management and offboarding.

This role is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in structured, fast-paced environments and possess strong knowledge of HR systems, organizational design, and employment regulations.

Responsibilities include managing HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting workforce planning and talent development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, high attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while managing HR operations independently.
