Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates in the Human Resources field who are looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Help manage employee attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a related HR/administrative role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
