Description
We are currently looking for a HR Assistant & Accountant to join our team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building your career in Human Resources, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Handle employee queries and basic HR administration
Assist in preparing HR reports and letters
Support daily HR operations
Maintaining Financial Records
Keep accurate records of all financial transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Preparing Financial Statements
Create reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable
Handle company payments (bills) and incoming money (customer payments).
Budgeting and Forecasting
Prepare budgets and estimate future financial performance.
Tax Preparation and Compliance
Calculate taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Bank Reconciliation
Compare company records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Payroll Management
Process employee salaries, wages, and deductions.
Auditing and Internal Controls
Check financial records for errors and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Analyze financial data and provide reports to management for decision-making.
Ensuring Legal Compliance
Make sure all financial activities follow laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in HR (Freshers can apply)
Knowledge of MS Office & Excel
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Nationality Prefar Indian,Pakistan
